EARLY WARNING

Due to the national strike by the main teachers’ unions NUT and NAS/UWT on October 17th Sydenham School will be closed to all students except Year 11 and Years 12/13 for whom special provision will be made by those staff who will be in school. Full details of the arrangements will be communicated when final confirmation has been received.

YEAR 7 STEM CLUB

Mr Akaje-Macauley will be starting Year 7 STEM Club after school on Monday 30th September. As a STEM school, we want our girls to recognise the fantastic career opportunities to which the STEM subjects can lead, and to encourage more young women to pursue an interest in the STEM disciplines. 'CONNECTED' INTEGRATIONAL FAMILY LEARNING FESTIVAL

On Saturday 26th October 2013 from 10am til 4pm, Forest Hill School will host ‘Connected’ - a one day family learning festival promoting the power of learning, the value of family learning and highlighting the benefits to children, young people, parents and grandparents of sharing skills, learning together and engaging in life-long learning activities.
