we have listened to what parents have said about what they want from the newsletter and made some changes….

Tag Rugby event!

The day was a success, pupils enjoyed meeting some of the players from the winning England women's rugby world cup. They learnt some new skills from the Harlequins coaches, received some lovely t-shirts, were interviewed about their thoughts on rugby and ended the day with a fun water fight!
The pupils that went were the ones who won the shield from the London Youth Games in July.

Parents consultation on Behaviour Policy event ‐ Friday 19th September 9:15am‐10.30am

A huge thank you to  those parents who have been to our previous behaviour consultation events.  Your feedback has been shared with staff and acted on.  Our final consultation event is on Friday 19th September 9:15am‐10.30am in the Learning Resources Centre. All parents/ carers welcome. The purpose of this event is to gather feedback on our new Behaviour for Learning policy (the draft can be downloaded here)
Mrs O’Connor is leading on this and if you have any thoughts please let her know via the email putting Behaviour in the subject line.
This draft policy is the result of over a year’s worth of consultation and listening to what students and parents said in the whole school survey in 2013. During the Spring and Summer 2013 through students working with Ms Unsted and Mrs O’Connor and in Autumn 2013 with governors and staff through meetings and follow up consultations.
